Lindsey Osting is a distinguished senior leader in the C-suite, bringing over two decades of extensive experience to her roles. Known for her elegant blend of clinical insight, business strategy, and governance expertise positions, she has been an influential figure in the healthcare industry. Her dedication to improving patient outcomes, enhancing operational efficiencies, and fostering sustainable growth continues to leave a lasting impact wherever she has served. She also has experience with succession, and a deep understanding of both healthcare systems and business operations.

Lindsey has a long track record of overseeing large scale savings initiatives, as well as revenue growth strategies. She is well versed in compensation and has served as chair of the investment committee in previous board roles.  She also excels in risk assessment and development of proactive strategies to mitigate potential challenges. She has a deep knowledge and experience with strategic planning for corporations as well as smaller companies. With a focus on quality and value, she has led and executed on large-scale initiatives achieving cost reductions, revenue generation, and staffing efficiencies for organizations.  In 2022, she executed a financial sustainability strategy that saved $60M on the bottom line for OhioHealth and continued to show savings of an additional $70M in 2023.

Throughout her career, Lindsey’s had a robust leadership experience in various clinical and business settings with the most recent being OhioHealth.  She leads operations and strategic development in her current role as president of OhioHealth Doctors Hospital. OhioHealth is a regional health system, serving a 50-county region with $6B in revenue with 35,000 associates, and is consistently ranked as one of the top ten health systems in the country.

She is a member of the Heritage Endowment Committee, part of the Ohio Heritage Foundation Board and the OhioHealth Board.  She also currently serves on the boards for the Riverside Outpatient Surgery Center, HealthPartners (currently the chief privacy and compliance officer), and the Women’s Small Business Accelerator (WSBA).  Lindsey was a member of the Lion’s Eye Bank board for seven years where she chaired the board for one term as well as served on various financial committees and chaired the investment committee.  She is a member of the American College of Health Care Executives and is affiliated with numerous professional and industry associations.

Lindsey received her bachelor’s in nursing from Otterbein University and her Master of Science in Health Systems Management from The Ohio State University.  She has also served as a national speaker on numerous occasions, sharing insights on her work. Lindsey lives in Columbus, has a love for tennis, Pilates, and loves to travel abroad.
