Paul Wendel joined Otterbein in 2012 following 3 years in postsecondary education and 18 years as a high school physics and mathematics teacher. Dr. Wendel researches science education and studies classroom management.

Dr. Wendel is a full-time bicycle commuter who enjoys running, gardening, and working toward sustainable living.
