Tammy Roberts Myers is the founder and principal of SS Resolution LLC, a reputation management and crisis communications firm guiding organizations through high-stakes challenges with integrity and strategic focus. With more than 30 years of global experience primarily in the retail, restaurant, and food products industries, she is recognized for her expertise in crisis leadership, executive communications, and stakeholder alignment.

Roberts Myers held senior leadership roles at Bob Evans Farms and L Brands (former parent company of retail brands including Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works), where she served as Chief Communications Officer. Her experience spans managing communications around global crises, corporate restructuring, executive conduct, and shareholder activism. Her consulting work has focused on crisis management/crisis communications for national celebrities, government entities and retail, healthcare, gaming, restaurant and insurance industries.

Roberts Myers owns interest in a residential/commercial real estate company and is a committed community advocate. She serves on the boards of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio, COSI, and Otterbein University, where she also represents the school on the Coalition for the Common Good board. A proud alumna of Otterbein, she is especially inspired by her oldest granddaughter, currently a senior there. She is also a passionate supporter of Pelotonia and its mission to end cancer.

Roberts Myers holds an MBA from the University of Dayton and graduated summa cum laude from Otterbein University. She lives in Canal Winchester, Ohio, with her husband and their two dogs, Biscuit and JoJo Chanel.
