Theresa Harris is a seasoned business executive and technology leader with more than 40 years of experience in management, information technology, consulting, and business transformation. She is recognized for delivering measurable business results through innovative solutions, operational excellence, and strong leadership.
Throughout her career, Theresa has aligned technology initiatives with business objectives, ensuring technology investments drive organizational success. She has successfully managed relationships among customers, system integrators, and third-party partners while leading mission-critical projects from strategy through implementation. Her expertise includes risk management, governance, process improvement, project delivery, and team leadership. Through strategic planning and operational discipline, she has helped organizations save millions of dollars while improving performance and modernizing business processes.
Known for her “Warrior” mindset, Theresa is an entrepreneur, trusted advisor, and respected community leader. She is passionate about helping organizations succeed while creating growth opportunities for employees, consultants, and business partners. Her leadership philosophy emphasizes empowerment, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.
Theresa founded TMH Solutions in 2010 and served as President and CEO until its successful sale in 2023. The award-winning, minority-owned, woman-owned technology consulting firm delivered innovative solutions and measurable value to clients across multiple industries. Under her leadership, TMH Solutions earned a reputation for excellence while building high-performing teams that helped organizations achieve their strategic goals.
Her experience spans business development, sales leadership, professional services, and organizational transformation across startups, turnaround situations, growth companies, and mature enterprises.
Theresa also brings extensive corporate governance experience, having served on numerous boards and committees, including audit, governance, nomination, and compensation committees. She currently serves as a Trustee of Otterbein University, where she is Vice Chair of the Board, a member of the Executive Committee, and serves on the Audit and Governance Committees. She is also a Board Member of the Coalition for the Common Good, Greater Columbus Sports Commission, and is a Past President of the National Association of Women Business Owners Columbus Chapter (NAWBO).
Throughout her distinguished career, Theresa has received numerous awards recognizing her leadership, business achievements, and commitment to community service.
Theresa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Detroit Mercy and completed the Executive Program at the Dartmouth Tuck School of Business, Hanover, New Hampshire.
