Kathryn Stephens graduated from Otterbein University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and since graduating has proven herself a natural born leader. Over the past decade Kathryn has worked for nonprofit organizations dedicated to exceptional causes and communities. She served as the Executive Director for Walk with a Doc, an organization encouraging people to get moving and to get healthy by walking with physicians and providers. Kathryn served as the Director of Philanthropy for Susan G. Komen Columbus, an organization known as the world’s largest grassroots network of breast cancer survivors and activists. In 2018 Kathryn joined the Children’s Hunger Alliance (CHA) as their Vice President of Development. And today, Kathryn is the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Development for the Buckeye Ranch, one of the country’s leading providers of emotional, behavioral and mental health services.

Kathryn is a past Board Member of the Center for Career and Professional Development at Otterbein University. She has served on committees for Local Matters and the American Heart Association (AHA) Circle of Red. She served on the Otterbein Alumni Council from 2017 thru 2020.

Recognized for her hard work and commitment she received the Young Alumni Award from Otterbein University in 2014. Columbus Business First awarded her the Health Care Heroes Award in 2012 and the Forty under 40 in 2013.

Kathryn lives in Lewis Center with her husband Matt and their three children Trey, Connor and Victoria.
