Schedule a campus visit here.  You can also contact the Department of Art for more details or to set up an individualized class visit, where you can meet our students and see faculty engaged in direct teaching in one of our eight different studio areas, the Museum & Galleries, or the Art History classroom.

Talent Awards

Once you are accepted to Otterbein, you will be contacted to set up an in-person interview or portfolio review with Art faculty, and be considered for financial talent awards!  All accepted Art majors are eligible to participate in these reviews—even if you’ve never taken an high school art classWe’re interested in the whole person: life experiences, potential to succeed in college and enthusiasm for the arts are all things that we value in an applicant.

Students who are unable to travel to campus may submit their portfolio and make arrangements for a Skype review through Accept’d.

Portfolio reviews will take place by appointment in February. Students must be admitted to Otterbein before scheduling the portfolio review. Award amounts range from $500 to $4,000 per year.
