In the year that the World Cup comes to the USA, with games hosted in 11 major cities, we are honored that this Brownbag Lunch Information Summer Session (BLISS) will feature Brandon Koons, Head Coach, Women’s Soccer at Otterbein University. With interest in the ever-growing sport of soccer, we have a chance to learn more about the sport and sportsmanship from the Ohio Athletic Conference’s winningest coach in women’s soccer history, and author of several soccer, training and sports communication books – Brandon Koons. His book, Stop Breaking My Future Players; A College Soccer Coach’s Plea to Coaches, Parents and Referees will be centered, which focuses on youth sports and its dynamics spanning topics of physical and mental health to each stakeholder’s responsibilities to healthy pathways forward.
