It’s happening! The transition to Alma is almost here! Mark your calendars for these important March due dates: All Spring/Summer purchase requests must be submitted no later than March 7th, and all Spring/Summer course reserve requests must be submitted no later than March 14th. Your requests can be sent to circ@otterbein.edu or you can complete the Course Reserve Request Form on our website.

If you email us your request, please include the following:

• Title
• Author
• Publication Date/Edition
• ISBN (if known)
• Instructor’s Name & Course Number
• Term to be used on reserve
• Requested Loan Period (2 hours, 1 day, 3 days, or 7 days)
• Any other notes (for purchasing or circulation use)
