Allison is an Otterbein University alumna, having earned her degree while working full-time, taking evening and weekend classes through the (now former) Continuing Studies Program. She graduated Magna Cum Laude in June 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Accounting. In June 1997 she accepted a position as a Corporate Representative within the Continuing Studies Department and continued in that position until October 2001 when she became a full-time stay-at-home mother. Allison returned to Otterbein in her role as Administrative Assistant for the BAE Department in August 2018. Allison loves working in Higher Education. In addition to supporting the faculty and students in the BAE Department, Allison is heavily involved across campus, serving as Staff Assembly President in AY2023/2024, a Staff Mentor in Otterbein READY since Fall 2022, Staff Advisor for TEM since Fall 2021, and on various committees. She is a mother to two children, one of whom recently graduated from Otterbein. Outside of work she loves to walk, read, listen to podcasts, and cook and serves as a Roster Judge on Election Days. She loves butterflies and all animals but is particularly partial to cats.
