Adding a License
K-12 Intervention Specialist License
License to teach special education in Mild to Moderate and/or Moderate to Intensive Intervention learning contexts in grades K-12.
Intervention Specialist PK-3
License for providing special education services for all students with exceptionalities in grades PK-3.
NEW! Primary Education, PK-5 License
Add several courses to get the new PK-5 Intervention Specialist License
Middle Childhood, Grades 4 –9, License
At least two of the following concentration areas are required:
- Language Arts/Reading
- Social Studies
Adolescence to Young Adult Teaching License
Licensure for grades 7-12. Concentration areas include:
- Integrated Language Arts
- Integrated Mathematics
- Integrated Social Studies
- Integrated Science
- Life Sciences
- Physical Sciences
Multi-age Teaching License
Licensure for teaching grades PK-12. Available area includes:
Tuition & Fees
Tuition for graduate-level coursework is $559 per hour. In some cases, students will need to take undergraduate coursework in order to meet licensure needs. The cost for undergraduate courses is $564 per hour. Some courses with field experiences may have additional fees.
