Austin Cox, Class of 1949

Austin Cox ’49 died Nov. 23, 2015. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps serving during World War II. During his time in the Marines, he also taught arts in Seoul, South Korea. He was an industrial designer, working for himself while retiring from Magnif, Mentor, OH. He was a member of Zeta Phi. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Carbaugh Cox ’49. He is survived by five children and six grandchildren
