Dorothy Hilliard McFall, Class of 1944

Dorothy Hilliard McFall ’44 died on Dec. 1, 2018. She was born Oct. 9, 1922 in Dayton, Ohio the only child of Edgar H. and Marie Hilliard. Dorothy graduated from Fairmount High School in 1940 and Otterbein in 1944. She taught high school for one year before her marriage in 1945. She was preceded in death by her husband, Colonel (Ret.) Dana McFall, Jr. (USAF) and her son Lt. Col. Dana F. McFall III ’68. She is survived by daughter-in-law Margaret of Phoenix, her sons, Craig (Kristine) and Kirk (Pamela) of Green Valley, AZ; grandsons Dana IV (Sarah), Daniel, Jeffrey (Cheryl), Brandon; granddaughter Kelly; step-grandchildren Andrea and Jason Healy; 5 great grandchildren and a step great granddaughter.
