Floyd Miller, Class of 1952

Floyd Miller ’52 died Jan. 30, 2021. Floyd was born in Mercer County, Ohio on March 2, 1929 and went to Rockford High School. Later he attended Otterbein College, heard the call to become a minister, and then attended Asbury Seminary. During his career, he ministered at a total of 8 different churches in Ohio, retiring in 1988.

His memorable stories, witty sayings, and quirky ways are remembered fondly by his survivors son, Jeff Miller; son-in-law, Michael Rothhaar; granddaughter, Laura Rothhaar; sister, Eileen Eggly; and brother, Lowell Miller. He was preceded in death by his wife, Madonna (Wuster) Miller; son, Craig Miller; daughter, Twila (Miller) Rothhaar; brothers, Roma and Gene Miller; father, Arlie Miller; and mother, Nora (Bauer) Miller.
