Henry Yaggi III, Class of 1967

Hank Yaggi III ’67 died Aug. 31, 2014. He was the former president of WTNH-TV in New Haven, CT, and WUSA-TV in Washington, D.C.  He served on the boards of many charitable organizations and was awarded the “Points of Light” by President George H.W. Bush for his community work. In retirement he taught at the University of New Haven and was general manager of the university’s community radio station. He is survived by his wife, Valerie; two sons and one daughter; and ten grandchildren.
