Irene Sommer Jones, Class of 1974

Irene Sommer Jones ’74 died Nov. 22, 2016.  She was a teacher, guidance counselor, director of Junior Achievement SE Ohio, and the first Executive Director for the Education Foundation of PBC (Palm Beach County).  She is survived by her husband, Marshall; one daughter; mother, Lois Bachtel Sommer Spafford ’48; and sister, Jill Sommer Tiburzio ’86.
