Janet Hinkle Alban, Class of 1946

Janet Hinkle Alban ‘46 died July 15, 2023. Born September 23, 1923 to the late Carl and Mabel Hinkle in Columbus, OH. She attended Otterbein University where she received a Bachelor of Science from the biology and earth science department in biology and was involved with Theta Nu sorority.

She worked as a medical technician in addition to a high school biology teacher at Mifflin High School.  She survived by her children: Gary Alban ‘75 and Ronald Alban. She was predeceased by her husband, William Alban.
