Lawrence DeClark, Class of 1949

Lawrence I. DeClark ’49 died Sept. 27, 2016. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He worked at several corporations before ending his career at DeClark’s Card and Gift Shop which he and his first wife founded. He was a member of the Normandy UMC and enjoyed leisure sports and time with friends and family. He was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Ruth Keister DeClark ‘5. He is survived by his second wife of 20 years, Jodi; four children including, David DeClark ’80; four step-children; numerous grandchildren great-grandchildren.
