Leta Johnson Palm, Class of 1964

Leta Arlene Johnson Palm, born in Delaware, Ohio passed away on July 28, 2020. She was born to Ruthella Mae and Charles B Johnson on June 13, 1929. She had 2 brothers and 2 sisters who have passed and is survived by her brother Bob Johnson and (Jane) and many nieces and nephews. She graduated from Otterbein College with a Bachelor in Science Education. She taught school until 1972 and then she went to Design School. She moved to Phoenix in 1974 and was a decorator at Laura’s Draperies. In February of 1977 she married Fred Nelson Palm and they had a wonderful life together. Leta didn’t get to have her own children but she was a wonderful aunt. She was a soft place for all of us…she was small in size but “huge” in heart.
