Masaaki Tsuda ’66 died July 19, 2019. He earned a BA in political science at Otterbein and was a member of the Pi Kappa Phi (Country Club).
He is survived by his wife Kozue and daughter Rina. Proceeded in death by his brother Tatsuo Tsuda ’55.
