Miriam Miller Carter ‘47 died September 18, 2022. Born on July 21, 1925 to the late Earl and Pearl (Oyster) Miller in Louisville, OH. She received a Bachelor of Science in biology from the biology and earth science department at Otterbein University was involved with Theta Nu sorority. She retired from Whittier Elementary School in Massillon, OH after 29 years. She survived by her children: Terry Carter, Tim Carter, and Nancy Carter. She was predeceased her husband, Richard Carter ’49.
