Nancy Eddy Carmichael ’71 died April 18, 2021. She was born August 27, 1949 in Wooster, Ohio to the late Leo and Thelma Eddy.
Nancy was the valedictorian of her graduating class in 1967 and went on to study abroad in Germany and receive her Bachelors through Otterbein University where she was involved in the Epsilon Kappa Tau (Arbutus) sorority. She worked for Communication Exhibits as a graphic artist and retired from Acme. She enjoyed reading, gardening, trips to the orchard to pick berries, fresh peaches, and her dog, Mollie.
Nancy was preceded in death by sisters, Judy Easterling, Betty Lou Dean, and Jimm Eddy. She is survived by her husband, Dennis Carmichael Sr.; children, Dennis (Brandi) Carmichael, Lisa (Kevin) Carmichael-Lance, Jessica (Robert) Williams; sisters, Betty Eddy and Pat (Audly) White; grandchildren, Brandon, Ashten, Alexandria, Angel, Noah, Evelynn, Ezra, Eileen, Emmett, and Opie.
