Patricia Tumblin Rapp ’55 died Nov. 11, 2020. Pat was born on Sept. 24, 1933 to the late Walker and Audrey (Foust) Tumblin in Conesville, OH. Raised in Coshocton, Ohio, she graduated from Otterbein College where she met her late husband Don Rapp ’55, who passed in August of this year. At Otterbein she was a member of the Tau Epsilon Mu (Talisman) sorority, Christian Women’s Club, choir and band. In 2007 she was part of the Otterbein Alumni Travelers trip and was a long time contributor to the University.

Pat began her career as a first grade teacher and served in various capacities as a classroom teacher and elementary school music teacher in the Trotwood/Dayton, Ohio area. A skilled pianist and accompanist, she taught piano lessons and directed choirs. She loved to sing and participated in musical groups all her life. She attended church faithfully and served on many committees.

Pat is survived by her 3 children, Linda, Tom and Mary Ann and their spouses; 6 grandchildren whom she adored; nieces, nephews and cousins.
