Stacy Pintar Mantey, Class of 1996

Stacy Pintar-Mantey ’96 died in 2019. She was born Feb. 1, 1976. Stacy graduated from Otterbein with degree in political science and was involved in the Kappa Phi Omega (Onyx) sorority. She then went on to Case Western Reserve University to earn her JD- Doctor of Jurisprudence. Stacy joined the Department of Navy Office of the General Counsel in Oct., 2006. She served as the senior legal counsel for the Center for Seabees and Facilities Engineering, and as the Director of the Environmental Law Training and Planning Program for the Navy’s Civil Engineer Corps Officers School located on the Ventura Naval Base in Port Hueneme, CA. Stacy is survived by her husband Jason Mantey and parents Donald and Robin McHugh.
