Susan Knecht Coldsnow, Class of 1967

Susan Knecht Coldsnow ’67 died April 26, 2021. Susan graduated from Bryan High School in 1962 and Otterbein University in 1967 with a BA in Education. While at Otterbein she was part of the Tau Epsilon Mu (Talisman) sorority and a cheerleader.

Susan began her 30 year teaching career at Kent State High School, then continued her career at Alliance High School and Lisbon High School before finishing her final 18 years in the Marlington School District.
She was actively involved with P.E.O., various church groups and led several grief groups throughout her life. For fun, Susan loved playing bridge, spending time taking care of her plants and flowers and playing golf. Susan’s favorite past time with Bill was watching her grandchildren in athletic and extracurricular activities as she was their biggest fan.

Susan is survived by husband Bill; children Michael (Melinda), Matthew (Jamie) and the late Marcus (Bridget Plummer); cherished grandmother of Austin, Owen, Zach, Emma, Brooke, Hazel; dear sister of Janet Black.
