Warren Harding Hayes, Class of 1949

Warren Hayes ’49 died Dec. 5, 2016.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served in World War II, the Korean conflict and the Army Reserves.  He retired from the lab at The Nestle Co., Marysville, OH and White Plains, NY, after 35 years service. He was preceded in death by three brothers, including Richard Hayes ’57.  He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Hazel Brehm Hayes ’47; two children, including Louise Hayes Ruggeri ’81; three grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Macel McDermott Hayes ’55.
