Dr. Don Eskew earned a B.S. from Indiana University (Bloomington) in 1982, an M.A. from the University of Kansas in 1988, and a Ph.D. in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University in 1993, where he was one of the a winners of the Ohio State “University Graduate Associate Teaching Awards.” Dr. Eskew has been at Otterbein since 1993. Hyuk Kim
Associate Professor
Dr. Hyuk Kim is specialized in both International Business and International Politics, specifically an expert in Global Strategic Management and Emerging Market Economies Dr. Kim shares his professional experiences and academic expertise in the area of global business with students through classes and research projects. Regionally, Dr. Kim is specialized in East Asia, Southeast Asia and Eastern Europe, and students can learn how to conduct business successfully in those regions and how to conduct business efficiently with companies emerged from those regions, although other regions such as Latin American and Western Europe will also be examined through his classes with real-world examples. Essentially, students can learn from Dr. Kim how politics and business are interrelated in today’s global economy. In addition to Dr Kim, other professors in the BAE Department also share their research with students by incorporating their findings and managerial implications into classes and by involving students in research activities.

At Otterbein University, Dr. Yiyuan (Ava) Liu teaches a diverse array of business courses, including Principles of Marketing, Marketing Research, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communication, Marketing Analytics, and Strategy Capstone.
