Advancement and Engagement Confidentiality Agreement

Thank you for your interest in being part of our work in Institutional Advancement! Whether you’re helping out with a reunion, serving on a committee or board, or utilizing data as a campus partner, we’re grateful for your time and effort.

Before we can get you started, we ask that you review and agree to our Advancement and Engagement Confidentiality Agreement. This agreement is standard for all our volunteers and Otterbein employees, so you may find that some sections are less or not at all applicable to your specific role. 

Please read through the full confidentiality agreement linked below, in its entirety, then complete the short form at the bottom of this page to complete the process. Once you’ve done that, you’re all set! If we’re anticipating the completion of a confidentiality agreement from you, expect to hear from us with next steps shortly.
