Hell Is Real Derby 2023 3

Otterbein Night at Columbus Crew vs. FC Cincinnati

August 20, 2023 | 5:30 p.m. reception, 7:30 p.m. kickoff
Lower.com Field, Columbus
$50 per person (includes match ticket)

Join fellow alumni in cheering on your team as Ohio’s two MLS teams battle it out in Columbus!

After last year’s trip to the Queen City for this match, we’re excited to bring out the Otterbein support for our local team! Dubbed by some as the “Hell is Real Derby,” this matchup is a favorite for Ohio soccer fans and sees the state’s two MLS teams do battle for bragging rights.

The match kicks off at 7:30 p.m. and we’ve arranged a special ticket block in the upper deck for any alumni, families, friends – even current students! – who’d like to sit together and cheer on their favorite. We’re also hosting a pre-match gathering at the Pub at the southeast corner of the stadium at 5:30 p.m. We’ll provide appetizers and you’ll be able to mingle with fellow Cardinals and purchase other refreshments. We’ll take an Otterbein picture and then walk to the stadium together.

Tickets for the match can be purchased through this registration process. Specific seats will be assigned by Otterbein staff ahead of the match. Tickets purchased together through one registration process will be seated together. If you’d like to sit with someone registering themselves separately, please email us at alumni@otterbein.edu
