Jacob Strous 18 Alumni Artist Reception Spring 2026 2

Alumni Artist Reception: Works by Jacob Strous ’18
Thursday, March 5, 2026  | 6-7:30 p.m. | Becker Gallery, Courtright Memorial Library

Please join us in celebrating our Spring 2026 Alumni Artist, Jacob Strous ’18! This photographic collection by Strous captures quiet moments of stillness and delight encountered while traveling through Italy and Colorado, revealing an immediacy of seeing shaped by color, light, and people moving through space. Balancing a graphic designer’s eye for clean composition and negative space with intuitive spontaneity, their work explores how beauty emerges as we observe both the extraordinary and the everyday in unfamiliar places. Free and open to the public.

We’re always looking for new and exciting ways to connect Cardinals to one another.
