Room Reservations
The library has several spaces that can be reserved ahead of time for student, faculty, and staff use.
The rooms/spaces listed below can accommodate both small and large groups. Requests for these spaces can be submitted online through FMX and the Inquiry Request Form, which is linked below. Members of the campus community should “Log In With Microsoft” in order to gain full access to FMX, the Inquiry Request Form, and the full campus calendar.
Please allow a minimum of 48 hours to process requests submitted Sunday – Thursday. Those requests submitted Friday – Saturday can take up to 72 hours to process. Please plan accordingly.
All small/large group library room reservation requests are submitted to and then approved by the Office of Events and Conferences and the Registrar’s Office. Any additional questions regarding reservation requests can be sent to Events@otterbein.edu.

| Library 118 | 39 armchairs with instructor computer, data projector, document camera, and DVD/VCR. Room located on the first floor with the entrance just inside the main library next to the stairs. | ||
| Library 124 | 51 armchairs with instructor computer, data projector, document camera, and DVD/VCR. Room located on the first floor in the back hallway past the Otterbean Cafe. | ||
| Library 126 | 44 armchairs with instructor computer, data projector, document camera, and DVD/VCR. Room located on the first floor in the back hallway past the Otterbean Cafe. | ||
| Library 127 | With seating for 24, White Boards on all walls, and movable desks and chairs, this space can be adapted to serve large or small group projects. Room located on the first floor in the back hallway past the Otterbean Cafe. | ||
| Library 200 | Computer lab with 24 student computers, instructor computer, data projector, document camera, and DVD/VCR located on the 2nd floor near the stairs. | ||
| Library 201 | Computer lab with 19 student computers, a middle table with seating for 8-10, instructor computer, data projector, document camera, and DVD/VCR located on the 2nd floor near the stairs. | ||
| Library Seminar Room | Seating for 16, instructor computer, data projector, document camera, and DVD/VCR located in the lower level. This room has glass whiteboards on two walls, movable tables, and chairs, and the back of this room is perfect for up to 8 person meetings including a TV with HDMI hookups for personal computers. | ||
| Library Lois’s Study | Conference table with seating for 12 and flat-screen TV/DVD mounted located on the 2nd floor. TV has VGA hook up for a computer, an HDMI adaptor is available at the Customer Service Desk on the 1st floor. | ||
| OtterBean Cafe Area | Space with one table and two chairs designed to host informational tables or as an Otterbein-affiliated fundraiser location. Student groups looking to use this space as a fundraiser must first receive approval from the Center for Student Involvement. | ||
